At present, delivery services are available within Australia only. Coverage generally includes:

• Metropolitan areas

• Most regional and non-urban locations

Delivery to the following areas may be limited or subject to additional confirmation:

• Remote locations

• Certain areas in Western Australia, the Northern Territory, or remote postcodes

If you are unsure whether your address is serviceable, it is recommended to contact customer support prior to ordering.

2. Shipping Fees and Pricing

Shipping charges are generally applied as follows:

• Orders of AUD 114 or above: shipping fee AUD 0

• Orders below AUD 114: flat shipping fee of AUD 8

All displayed product prices include the applicable 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Where applicable, orders may be shipped under a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) arrangement.

Under this arrangement, additional duties, clearance charges, or import taxes are generally not required at the time of delivery.

3. Order Processing and Transit Time

Order Confirmation

• Payments completed before 6:00 pm (AEST) are usually confirmed on the same day

• Payments completed after 6:00 pm (AEST) are usually confirmed on the next business day

Processing Period

• Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days

Shipping Method

• Delivery may be handled by carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS

• Trackable shipping is generally available for dispatched orders

Estimated Delivery Time

• Approximately 8–15 business days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes may be affected by weather conditions, transport disruptions, peak periods, or other external factors. Where delays occur, updates are usually provided by email.

4. Order Tracking

After dispatch, a confirmation email is usually sent, which may include:

• Carrier details

5. Pricing Transparency

• Product prices include 10% GST

• Shipping fees include applicable import-related charges

• A detailed cost breakdown is shown at checkout

• Under the DDP arrangement, no hidden charges are generally applied

6. Delivery Receipt and Irregularities

Upon delivery, please inspect the parcel condition. If you notice any of the following, it is recommended that you take photos and contact customer support within 48 hours:

• Parcel not received or delivered incorrectly

• Significant external packaging damage

• Product damage or irregular condition

Once reviewed, further handling will be arranged based on the actual situation.

If a parcel is returned or additional costs arise due to incorrect delivery details or contact information provided by the customer, such costs are usually the customer’s responsibility.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Before Dispatch

• Requests to amend delivery details or cancel an order may be submitted within approximately 72 hours after placing the order

• Early contact with customer support is recommended

After Dispatch

• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot normally be changed or cancelled

• Post-delivery requests may be handled in accordance with the Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy where applicable
